1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders, deliveries, and services between BeautySana and its business customers.
The BeautySana B2B offer is intended exclusively for companies, self-employed professionals, specialist retailers, practices, institutes, resellers, and other commercial customers.
By registering and placing an order, the customer confirms that they are acting in the course of a commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Registration and Approval
Orders may only be placed by registered business customers who have been approved by BeautySana.
BeautySana reserves the right to reject or revoke registrations and approvals without stating reasons.
The customer undertakes to provide complete and accurate registration information and to notify any changes without delay.
3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
The contract is concluded only upon written order confirmation or delivery of the goods.
BeautySana reserves the right to reject orders without stating reasons.
4. Prices
All prices are displayed in the online shop in Swiss francs (CHF) and, where available for the respective customer, additionally in euros (EUR).
Invoices are generally issued in the currency selected by the customer during the ordering process.
Unless otherwise stated, prices are exclusive or inclusive of VAT according to legal requirements, the country of delivery, and the applicable customer group.
Shipping costs, customs duties, import charges, payment service provider fees, and other additional costs are shown separately.
For international deliveries, additional costs such as import duties, customs charges, taxes, or fees imposed by local authorities may apply. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, such costs shall be borne by the customer.
BeautySana reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. The prices published in the online shop at the time the order is placed shall apply.
Price changes, errors, and technical mistakes remain reserved.
5. Payment Terms
The available payment methods are displayed during the ordering process.
Approved business customers may be offered additional payment methods such as payment by invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 30 days net from the invoice date.
Invoices shall be issued and paid in the currency selected by the customer when placing the order and indicated on the invoice.
In the event of late payment, BeautySana shall be entitled to charge statutory default interest as well as reasonable reminder, collection, and administrative fees.
BeautySana reserves the right to withhold further deliveries until all outstanding amounts have been paid in full or to require advance payment.
The delivered goods remain the property of BeautySana until full payment has been received.
6. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery is available within Switzerland, the Principality of Liechtenstein, member states of the European Union, and other countries according to the available shipping options.
Delivery dates and delivery periods are non-binding estimates.
Delays caused by force majeure, transport issues, supplier shortages, customs clearance procedures, or governmental measures shall not give rise to claims for damages.

7. Inspection of Goods
The customer must inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt.
Any obvious defects, transport damage, or quantity discrepancies must be reported to BeautySana in writing no later than five business days after receipt.
If no notice is given within this period, the delivery shall be deemed accepted.
8. Warranty
Statutory warranty provisions shall apply to the extent applicable in business-to-business transactions.
The warranty does not apply in particular to damage resulting from:
- improper use
- normal wear and tear
- incorrect storage
- improper handling
- external influences
In the event of justified defects, BeautySana shall decide whether to provide repair, replacement goods, or a credit note.
Any further claims are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
9. Liability
BeautySana shall only be liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
To the extent permitted by law, all liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of profit, production downtime, or loss of data is excluded.
Liability shall in any event be limited to the value of the goods supplied under the affected delivery.
10. Returns
Business customers are generally not entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.
Returns or exchanges require the prior written approval of BeautySana.
The following items are in particular excluded from return:
- opened or used hygiene products
- personalised products
- custom-made products
- perishable goods
- food products
- food supplements
- specially procured goods
Approved returns are made at the customer's expense and risk unless the return results from a defect for which BeautySana is responsible.
11. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain the property of BeautySana until all outstanding claims have been paid in full.
BeautySana shall be entitled to register a corresponding retention of title where applicable.
12. Data Protection
Personal data shall be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law shall apply exclusively, excluding conflict-of-law provisions and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
To the extent permitted by law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of BeautySana.
14. Language Versions
The German version of these General Terms and Conditions shall be the legally binding and authoritative version.
Translations into other languages are provided solely for informational purposes. In the event of discrepancies, contradictions, or differences in interpretation, the German version shall prevail.
